Super easy recipe for Guac:
avocado…..remove seed (duh)
onion, garlic, juice of 1 lemon, salt, pepper
That’s the basic recipe….
I added cilantro and salsa (because I didn’t have tomato)
Just mash it up or blend it in the food processor. I like mine smooth so I process it.
